Why can't I view the web page correctly?

The most common reason is because your resolution is set incorrectly or you have an old computer.  We can't help you if your computer is older than you are.  But if its a resolution issue, these simple steps may help.

***Note before you do anything, please consult someone around you that knows computers in case you need to reset the video settings.  Now that the statement above resolves any liability.....we can begin.

-Feel free to print these directions or shrink this page so you can see your desktop.  If you don't know what a desktop is, STOP NOW.  I can't help you.

-Place your mouse anywhere where there is no icons and RIGHT click.

-Slide your mouse down to properties and left click.

A new window opens

-Left click the tab marked "settings"

-Slide the "screen resolution" to the left at a setting of at least 1280x1024 pixels

-Click the down arrow under color quality and go to 32bit or higher.

-Now click apply.  Then click OK.

-That's it.  Again, understand if you have an older computer, you may not be able to do this.
