How do I go?

First, you go to the Sign-up screen.  After completing the form and registering, we will send you a confirmation that we have received it.  Then we will contact you within 14 business days of your approval.

 

What if I can go more than one week?

On the sign-up screen there will be a box at the bottom for information you would like to include in your application.  Put down how many weeks you can attend.  Understand, that the weeks must be consecutive.

 

What if I can go more than one week, but they are not consistent?

This will be determined on a case by case basis.  Understand that our goal is to try to accommodate everyone's needs while achieving our goal.  If you can return and we are short that week, your request may be granted.

 

Why can't I pick a date that has been blacked out?

If the date has been blacked out it simply means we already have enough people for that particular date.  However, If you have only that time, please see the next question.

 

What if the blackened out date is the only time I can volunteer to help?

If you have no other time to go other than a blacked out date, don't worry.  We still might be able to use you.  We can place you on a stand-by list.  If someone should cancel, we would then contact you and you may still be able to go.  When filling out the sign-up sheet, be indicate how much notice you need if a last minute change occurs.
